It was an older home in a very prestige area of town, I of course did not know everything about the house, Maureen came in and was great at pointing out and giving advise constantly to me throughout this wholesale. Since Kasia assisted us in renting our two family rental property we contacted her for the sale also. For all of the showings Kasia coordinated the schedules with other brokers tenants which we all know is a difficult task on its own.

But Kasia Kvietkauskas was especially helpful when an previously unknown oil tank that was discovered on the property had to be removed. Kasia help with recommendations for contractors who specialized in the removal and remediation of the tank, followed up during the removal process and even contacted the NJEPA on our behalf the help to accelerate the final approval process and speed up the closing date. Over all a great job and would highly recommend her in any real estate future transactions.
